Ovesta Integrated Services Limited wants you to be happy with your purchase through ovestastore.com. This policy describes how returns and refunds work. Align timelines and restocking rules with your actual operations and inventory.
Eligibility
- New, unused items in original packaging are typically eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, unless a product page states otherwise (e.g. clearance or personal-use items).
- Opened or used items may be limited to exchange or store credit, depending on category and condition.
How to start a return
- Sign in to your account and use order history, or
- Email services@ovestastore.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without confirmation.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method when possible, within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the return.
- Shipping on returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact services@ovestastore.com right away with photos and your order number. We will work with you to replace the item or refund you.
